I stayed there in March and some stranger got into my room 227, used my bed, and toothbrush and ruined the entire bathroom with human excrement while we were in the city, the hotel 1st questioned us how we get someone into the room than changed the room and gave me 2 nights as a voucher when I return for another visit out of 4 nights. When I wanted to stay for business a 2nd time Ms. Caroline Irlat advised me that she cant give me a room because now its a different season, and different prices and its busy.

Bad things: The daily keeping is equivalent to a two star hotel, cleaning is sub-par, soap is never replanished, the bathroom floor was dirty. Internet (when it works) remindes me DSL connection. A/C only works after calling the front desk. Good things: breakfast is good, and convinient during the summer break is available until 11a.m, pool is good, great location, front desk very friendly, room is spacious and comfortable.

In a good position. Very qualified staff. Beautiful view at the restaurant to the terrace. The spa is too small.

Well appointed hotel but because we were in a coach tour group, the mini bar was locked. So much for chilled water to take. Room was OK, bathroom was big and bed comfortable.

Nice front desk help.

So having a business trip and entering a room that was used by a stranger and human wast all over the bathroom and now its an inconvenience for them. Sorry that hotel management was making no effort to make it up and my work usb drive was lost including my work as well. I would rate -5 stars if I could.

Great location - right on the beach and some rooms have a view of the ocean which is nice. Huge room - lots of space, but only has a double bed, which seems strange in such a large room. Staff were friendly, bar staff made excellent gin and tonics. WiFi also very good.

Very friendly staff and gorgeous views from the rooftop pool. The restaurant is also nice but fairly pricey. If you have children the restaurant next door was perhaps more affordable. However the bar area was great with live music and a lovely atmosphere.

Comfortable but over priced and the car park is extortionate. 3 electric chargers is great and I love the innovation here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was nice and good views during the day
