Amazing, just amazing. We did the special cooking class and got to work in the kitchen and then have a full lunch. This was one of the best (and most delicious) experiences of my life, I highly recommend it. The chefs are amazing and friendly, and the meal, served nestled in the mountains of Le Baux, is to die for.

What a beautiful area the hotel is on. We spent a few nights here and was very pleased. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are fairly large ours had an amazing view. We did not eat at the hotel expect for ice cream near the pool which was very good. The pool areas are very nice the views everywhere are breathtaking. The towns all around which we visited had great food and sights as well.

2. Food is at most average, definitely not a two star. The only thing we felt stunned by was the starter. Fish was poor, pork is plain. Good bread though. Cheese was interesting. Overall a 5 out of 10.

3. We have had many fine dinings at this point. And this place is definitely the lowest of the low. Ridiculously bad service and poor quality food. But somehow they were so pretentious. You would think they could at least have some good food to back it up. Felt a total waste of time. The only good thing about this evening is that we were with a good group of family and friends, and they made the night.

Very attentive service with no posh attitude, superb food but no-nonsense presentation. A must-go destination if you're nearby.

Honey moon trip ! 2 star restaurant lunch menu , great food great service ! 2 star price for 3 star ! Worth it

My suggestion is that Save your money and go somewhere else. I had better food in Le Restaurant L'Oustaloun, much much better!

Overpriced and under-serviced restaurant -
1. It's pretty much a self-service restaurant. They don't care they make people wait ridiculous amount of time. They had no class at all as they put so many people in but didn't have enough of staff to support them. We have to pour our own wine & water because our glasses were empty for 20 mins, twice. They left our dirty dishes 15 mins as well. The service was barely there and extremely unorganized. For example, 3 different people asked us if we need some drinks to get started when we said no to each one of them. Our bread was not introduced twice. Food was poorly explained in both French and English.

Amazing dinner, great wine in amazing environment. Staff was excellent like what you expect in this kind off restaurant.
