I'm primarily giving two stars because they are extremely expensive. They will order a lot of what you want, but the mark up is extremely high. Even though you know that they are an electrical store, they have an identity problem and no direction with regards to what they should be selling based on their type of store. For in stock items, they only carry the extreme basics and if you need something more you always have to order it and come back to get it. You can't just walk out with everything you need. They really need to have more stock and inventory of good, high quality, core items. A plus for them are the sales people in regards to being super helpful, but as far as knowledge, being the venue of something as specific as electrical, they should have a better knowledge of products available through Rexel.
