Accueil mitigé et vendeur qui servent à rien.
La marque ne mérite pas tant d'incompétence..
Aucune personne n'a su me conseillé. J ai seulement eu droit à des "oui c'est jolie".

Great experience. Extremely courteous and accommodating. The night before my flight and half an hour before closing time, they were able to get me the shoe I wanted in my size from another store across town in Paris with express delivery while I waited in the store.

Arrogant staff, only capable of maintaining a poker face but nothing else productive. I'm very angry and is going to cancel membership globally for this brand. P.S. I asked the staff to do the cancellation in shop but was not done. The guy doing this was reluctant to apologise and rebutted every reason I listed for my anger. I thought it was a decent brand, but it's rubbish.

Acceuil tres charmeur, vendeur hyper gentil, explicatif, acceuil en tout magnifique au niveau de la haute gamme comme son nom ,,,,,franchement Fantastique ;) Merci pour tout ;)
