Worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a samsung client I have always received excellent service from Samsung stores both in Sweden and in Australia. Then my phone got stolen in Paris and the staff at this store REFUSED to help me. Arrogance and incompetence are the two words I can describe the staff at this samsung store. As I typed in the wrong password (France has a different keyboard) and I had to restore it through my email, they didnt let me access my email of "security reasons". Um okay well how am I going to be able to access my account then? I will make sure to contact head office as this service is NOT OKAY. I was by myself and I had to access my accounts and the one place where i have the right to receive help from, basically looked at me like I was disgusting and pretended they couldnt speak english. Grow up Samsung store at place de Madelene.

Very busy store. Needs more staff in peak times. Ample English spoken by the staff in attendance, and they were happy to help me. The person serving me did allow a rude French man push in front of me while I was being served though. On another visit, another staff member was happy to help me by fitting a screen protector.

Terrible customer service experience. Don't buy Samsung. Go with Apple or any other device. I was there with upbeat hope in my eyes looking forward to find a quick solution to a minor Samsung related question (transfer of contacts from SIM to memory card). The employee there, Erudis (Had to get her name from colleague since she wouldn't give it to me) made me feel the most unwelcome I've ever been in a store. I will never buy Samsung again! Does anyone want a Samsung 7? If you ever have to go there, go in the evening and avoid ruining your mood the whole day. #Disgusted (One star because I had to in order to post)

It is a pity Samsung Mobile does not have a bigger shop in Paris and then this is the only one. Sure you get to see the models and try them though.

I had bad service ever . I bought samsung galaxy edge 6+ and within a 4 month a got a problem with my headphone .. and i had a ask them to change it . And they are not helping me at all and saying that go here and there .. can you just explain me that what is meanning of samsung care center ? I think if i got a problem with my samsung phone they can help us to short out problem.. but i think . They only wants to avoide the customer .. and i think its my biggest mistake that i have spend 800€ juat for samsung phone ... i think we should go for iphone . At least they will help us to short out problem . Sorry to say .. but i think samsung dont want customers to come back .
