Nice hotel, room was pretty big in size..location wise , is quite far from the city center (around 1hr by public transport). Train station nearby though, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Staff is nice, rooms kept quite clean, restaurant food is lovely

- Poor access to public transport to Nice.
- Taxis to Nice and the airport are super expensive if you are alone.
- Taxis to Nice train station cost me 48 Euros
- Taxi to the Airport cost 38 Euros
- Taxi to Monaco cost 125 Euros
- Return train journey from Nice to Monaco costs only 7 euros

stayed for one evening and found it very relaxing. staff were helpful and the gourmet restaurant was rather expensive but food tasted good.
They bought a tv out into the open dining area for footie fans which was a nice touch!

25 minute drive from Nice Central so be prepared to drive or use public transport. Allianz Arena 5 minute walk away. Main road noisy all day which isn't great for relaxing by the pool or on the balcony, also there's a school next door,

please check with the hotel before booking what the status is with their restaurants before booking.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had an in-room safe and mini fridge. I did not like the express check out. We were catching an early flight and could not exit the hotel; the front exit was physically locked to prevent exit. There was a note to call to exit, but it wasn't clear. The first two times I called the international phone number, I got a message in French, which was difficult to understand. I then called the local number and someone came out to check us out. This would not have been a problem if it was explained at check in. I did mention that we would be checking out early when we arrived.

Nice Hotel with friendly English speaking staff who were happy to point out the main places of interest to visit in the area. Restaurant was goodwith a varied menu but we didn't go much on the steak.

- out of the toiletries on offer, a tooth brush, tooth paste and disposable comb could have been included

Nice restaurant. Rooms are okay...smoking on premises. Close to airport and futbol stadium. No convenient to old Town or boardwalk

- Room was a little tired but clean and comfortable.

Extremely welcoming, professional and helpful staff from first greeting, extra help needed in finding a suitable room, dinner at the hotel restaurant, breakfast the next morning and check-out. The hotel and room were very clean, well-equipt and maintained. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was much better than we'd expected from a hotel restaurant as was breakfast. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel. Our only complaint had to do with noise from the outside. The hotel is conveniently situated on a major thoroughfare and the car and motorcycle traffic from very early in the morning through mid-evening was loud and non-stop. Although our room was not directly facing the road, that only helped to make the noise level a bit less (we were offered a room directly facing the road but turned it down after several minutes in that room). Even with the outside metal "curtain" over the sliding glass doors to the balcony fully closed, the traffic sound was quite noticeable to me although not as much to my husband. Given how everything else was so good about the hotel, we would stay there again and I would bring earplugs for sleeping.

- Bathroom was poorly appointed as the shower head was on the opposite side of the shower screen. the bathroom got very wet.I stayed in room 376.

I understand with all of the violence happening in France that everyone must be careful. However, the security gate entering and exciting was slow and cumbersome.

When I booked this hotel I was told it was 4 star. I disagree and consider it to be 3 star. I've managed 4 star properties and was disappointed with the level of service and lack of attention to detail.

- It was a shame that the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner during my stay, as Saint Isidore does not have a great variety of restaurants near the hotel.

- Wireless access to internet was good and a laptop for internet use was made available in the lounge area.
- Nice flat screen TV in the room.
- Plenty of parking available.
- Good access to the motorway by car.

Room was very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking outside though the parking is on gravel. No issue finding a space (it's huge). Car park is secured via two gates so security is good too. Swimming pool and sun beds are clean and tidy though a little on the small side. Receptionists are very friendly and all charges were made clear on arrival. The location of the hotel itself is not near much. Suggest you bring a car. There is a nice cafe two minutes walk away (looking out of reception, turn left and it's just past the roundabout on the right hand side of the road (as you walk towards it)) I would return given the opertunity.

- Swimming pool area was clean tidy and comfortable. it is a shame that lunch was not served at the time of my stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Lastly, I did not like having to park in the back and then walk around the entire hotel to the front entrance each time I left and returned. A second entrance should be added to the back of the hotel.

Good Hotel for a quick stay in the region provided you have a car and means to get around.
