The worst student social security. Strongly recommend not use it, especially Chinese. They don't respect you, they don't help you. Each time they have excuse to not give you vital card. You never get it.

It hasn't been terrible for us. They've made a good number of mistakes on our documents, and so we have to go back multiple times. We also never received our Carte Vitale. We might have been lucky, but each time we went, we were treated with decent service.

Totally confirm the previous comments; months and even years pass by, you send them the same documents many times and visit their office a dozen times and at the end of the day, you will still not get your carte vitale (insurance card) and end up paying all your medical bills yourself.
