J'ai commandé plusieurs fois sur leur site et j'ai toujours été ravie ! Les produits arrivent très très vite, en très bon état, bien emballés. Ils ont une super bonne sélection de produits. Leur service client est rapide et réponds à toutes les questions. Franchement parfait. Merci !

Article commandé en rupture de stock, demande d annulation de l article non prise en compte puis annulation totale de toute la commande....

Very fast and responsive before sales but slow in service after sale is done.
Could not get on time tax refund form in 1 week, 2 days for answering for first request, another 2-3 days emailing back and forth, as the result could not get on time this form

Un site internet bien fait.
Une équipe dans le magasin très pro et super (On m'a filé ma commande alors que la boutique était fermé).
Le reblochon sent bon :)

Ordered Ski Boots and Ski Bag on the 16th December 2014 with a 'Guarantee' of delivery before Christmas, finally received the order on the 26th January 2015!! Snowleader accused me of having received the goods, when I did not!! I had to send 15 emails to finally get my goods. I had to ask for an apology, because they didn't think it was neccessary!! I asked for compensation for a ruined Christmas, they didn't think it was neccessary!! Snowleader blamed Colissimo/La Poste!! My contract was with Snowleader, not La Poste!! So, Snowleader can break their 'Guarantee', without any consequence at all!! No customer service!! Avoid at all costs!!

Du choix, des explications sur le matériel, et un service clients top !
Une commande qui ne peut être honorée (pb d'approvisionnement), vous êtes informés rapidement par mail pour un produit de remplacement, et si vous oubliez d'indiquer la taille souhaitée, on vous rappelle par téléphone afin de valider la commande !
