This restaurant was recommended and booked before our party of 12 left England, making the poor service and mediocre food extremely disappointing. Our main courses were served before the starters. We had to ask to order drinks and were never offered a wine list or further drinks. The burgers arrived after half the party had finished eating and one had to be sent back as incorrect. One waitress was apologetic, one not bothered. Different 'managers' were produced to address our complaints. It was difficult to know if any of these really was the manager but if so then I have to say that the management was indifferent to our grievances. In the end we settled for no dessert, a small discount on the bill and a compulsion to spread the word about this dismal eatery.

Both overcooked and tasting of detergent isn't a winning combo. But the pizza was fine. So that's great.

I would give this restaurant less than a single star if it was possible. We had to deal with muddled and incorrect orders, poorly cooked food and rude, unapologetic waiters and management. The issues we experienced seem to be universal for those who visit, just check the trip advisor website for more examples of the unacceptable experience which can be enjoyed at this establishment. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible place. Food took almost two hours to come. Unfriendly staff and discusting food. Got the wrong order, got my food 10 min after everybody else...

Without a doubt the worst restaurant I have ever been to and probably will ever go to. The staff were extremely rude and unapologetic regarding both the appalling food and service and the manager refused to listen to our complaints or offer any kind of apology. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Unless you would like to have your main course served before your starter, enjoy cold, overcooked food, nothing to drink for the entire evening and dismal table waiting, I strongly recommend you avoid this ridiculous excuse for a restaurant.

Food was fine, a bit cold. Service is slow. Kids are welcome and that is great in a high end resort.

Friendly staff but the food took forever and then half of it came cold, it had obviously been cooked previously and then reheated, but not all the way through. Seemed to be pretty disorganised even though not terribly busy.
