J'ai eu l'occasion d'acheter un bracelet d'une valeur de 248$ à Seattle en septembre dernier. Mon bracelet est magnifique, la boutique est magnifique, et la qualité GENIALE. Je recommande :)

I've had an overall beautiful experience dealing with people in Paris until I went to this Tiffany and Co. at the Galleries Lafayette. My wife and I are on a holiday in Paris for the first time and I wanted to give her something special to commemorate the event, a silver Eifel Tower charm from T&C. After trying to get the attention of the 4-5 staff in a not so large retail space for a couple of minutes, I was widely ignored in spite of making eye contact with a couple of them. After calling the attention of a young lady staff member, she curtly told me that she was "too busy" as she continued putting some rings in the display case. Terrible service. Unacceptable. Not the reaction I was expecting from such a prestigious company. This one person violated a simple rule of retail. "Drop all non-sales activities in favour of the customer." Eventually, I managed to buy it from another staff member after outright telling her that I wanted to buy the charm. I'm disappointed with the experience to say the least.
