The Vignoble is steeped with history and magic just below one of the most beautiful cities in France Flavigny-sur-Ozerain (site of the film Chocolat). The winery is large with a fantastic winemaker Cyril Raveau. The real gem is the young South African director of the farm, Lisa Bond. She is ethereal and bright in every way she moves through the land and the building. Her presence in building the childrens area outside, the wine brand, the event management (hosting Dave Fergusen last year) and design touches make her the gem of the farm. Go, Taste the wine. Enjoy the views. Meet Ms Bond, arguably the most lovely woman in all of France...a South African.
