Moi personnellement, comme souvent les grosses boîtes, les profits est leur motivation principal, j'ai travaillé un petit peu dans l'entreprise et le respect des ouvrièrs est loin d'être au rendez vous, au niveau du vin, c'est du vin industriel avec plein de pesticides voila, bonne dégustation....

Alain was excellent in explaining the different classifications of the Chablis region. Don't be scared to come to Chablis and walk into wineries without reservations. Incredibly nice people and ready to let you taste wines. Everything we had heard of Burgundy was that the wineries don't want visitors. Chablis is a small town with old caves and beautiful tasting rooms that you can do tasting in. No appointments, no worries. Some places might be closed or open but you can easily walk to many of the rooms. Go to the visitors center and they will tell you what is open and then explore the town by foot. One thing to note is every wine is Chardonnay, no reds here but excellent wines.
