There is nothing like percieving the passion behind someone´s work. Yvan is beyond an extraordinary chef patissier, a very welcoming owner and an interesting person to talk to. I will most definitely be coming back to try more of the exquisite patisseries he has to offer.

Pâtisserie exceptionnelle de par sa qualité, son originalité et sa créativité. J'aime en particulier les "Cents Ciels", un délice pour les amateurs de chocolat noir, les pâtes de fruits qui boostent mon énergie lors de mes marches en forêt.

Отличное место! Очень вкусные шоколадные эклеры, круассаны и багеты ручной лепки. И конечно пирожные. Во время пребывания в Фонтенбло перепробовал у многих, но здесь на мой вкус лучше всего. Из-за того, что не в самом центре города - не дорого, но качество отличное и много местных приходит именно сюда.
