Jamais de réponse au téléphone sur les 2 numéros indiqués en ligne. Obligation de se rendre à Roissy pour changer le billet, impossible de payer en ligne ou au téléphone. Perdu 3h rien que pour ça et que 24h pour faire ce changement. Aucune flexibilité.

Ужасный сервис. Но от аэрофлота друго и не ожидал

Airline I would never advise . First trip my luggage were lost and I got them after one week, but I didn't even had them delivered to me : I had to pay for taxi to pick it up and company never refunded me.
Second trip was cancelled because of denied visa, after three years of constant exchange they said they wouldn't refund me any money while it is expected to be refunded.
However, the customer service seems to try to do their best..
