The chalet itself is fine, but the service is horrible. Monique showed up every day, practically, and on a few occasions locked us out when the teens left and didn't have a key! She blamed us for it being 'too dirty' when we paid for extra cleaning - yet expected US to by dish soap (for a week? Hello?) garbage bags (again, for a week?). She was rude. It ruined so much of the trip when it could have been so seamless. Find other chalets in this wonderful, beautiful place.
