Staff is nice. But few down things. Room cleaning is once per week so no change of towels. Ac not working, bathroom not really that clean. A lot of mosquitoes and spiders in the room

Very basic room which was clean.
Queen size mattress on a double base meant I felt like I was slipping out of bed all night and you could not tuck in the bottom sheet.
Bathroom had been renovated but shower was mouldy.
Carpet in the passageways was well past it's used-by.
Reception staff not particularly friendly - often felt we were interrupting them.
Well positioned for public transport.

Good treatment. Comfortable, fully-equiped and nice rooms. It is quite far from the city but I that it is better located here than in the city centre. Tramway is quite close so you can get there easily in 5 minutes.

We stayed three nights and noone cleaned the room.We had to ask for extra toilet paper.People at reception were not friendly and they didn't even tell us that was the tram station and the metro station near by.We asked to buy water as the mashine with waters and other drinks was empty and they didn't gave us while they had.Only one person of the staff was kind to us.It didn't have free wifi except reception and if you wanted to have wifi at your room you payed 5€ per day and they hold from your card 50 euros in case you ruined the modem which in my opinion would be logical as they give the modem in this way and so many people use it.If you haven't ruin it then they returned you the 50€.And we payed 2€ per luggage to leave it at the hotel as we flyed at the afternoon and we wanted to have a last walk at the center.If I'll be there again as i loved Marsaille I will not be at the same hotel.Too disappointed!!

This hotel is of acceptable quality. Breakfast if good for French standarts. Wifi is problematic

WARNING!!! Do not stay in this hotel. As someone who travels a lot across Europe I've not stayed in a worse place than this. While staying in this hotel I was robbed €5000 worth of electrical products from my room which I thought was safe. Ontop of this the location is awful and staff very unhelpful dealing with the aftermath of trying to figure out how someone had entered my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
