Absolute travesty of a hotel. This is by far the worst service I've ever received in a hotel. A huge parking lot on the outskirts of Reims and they screw you 7 euros extra per night to put a car in the lot. The hotel is essentially unreachable without a car so this should just be included in the price.

Stayed for three nights and was told the second night that all of our wet towels were our own responsibility to clean at 7 euros a go in the washing machine on site. In all my years of staying in hotels and "apart-hotels" I've never had to clean the hotel's towels for them.

Kil, ongezellig hotel buiten de stad. Redelijke kamers, slechte bedden.
Ontbijt goed voor Frankrijk. Kussen zo groot als een koffiepad, als je een ander of een kussen bij vraagt krijg je NO.

Very nice, modern and accommodating for a family of four. Only four star for lack of air conditioning. Our visit happened on the hottest days of July. . . . great place, highly recommended.

I would never recommend this hotel chain to anyone ever again and moreover I would actually push people far away from this chain. Lots of newer buildings _with_ air conditioning the same distance from Reims centre and without any of the BS of this place.

Pet Friendly can even have breakfast with dog outside, only negative was how the toilet was detached from rest of bathroom a bit weird but great for short stopovers!

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment that had a pull out couch. The room was fine but they were very strict about the 3 pm check in time (like not even at 2:56pm). It's a bit far from the city center but along a bus route which is ok except the last bus is around 8pm. Seems like a reasonable place to stay if you have a car

One garbage bag provided in the kitchen and no clearing of the garbage each day and no new garbage bag provided so we have to go buy a package of garbage bags to put out garbage away.

Receptionist helpful but booking in process slow with form filling. Double room booked was large & airy, only issue pillows are tiny. Out of town location good for passing through not walking into centre.

Apartment, very practical.

If I had booked the hotel three times for one night each in a row I would receive new towels, clean garbage bags, etc. in the same price. If you are a repeat customer you're on your own.

Good bathroom. Kitchen was a bit under-stocked (cups, plates & cutlery).

VERY UNFRIENDLY LADY BY RECEPTION !!

Zeer onvriendelijke oudere dame achter de receptie, jongere receptionisten zijn wel heel aardig.
