The staff is usually too busy to help, even if not many customers around. Often don't know what they sell or what is available. I have paid the fidelity card that has never arrived despite numerous reminders.
Online shop is among the worst in terms of the design and ergonomics, the emails never get answered, the payment process looks like a scam and some cards are rejected with no reason, waiting is a bit long and shipping never free.
Lots of work if you want to keep up with the best on the market. You're still in 90ties AVC!

Decent shop with plenty of outdoor kit for a good price. Don't expect overly attentive staff though

Big store, more ski than snowboard orientated, no boots in my size on the day we went.

Large stock, well informed and friendly staff. Rather confusingly laid out, and tends to get very busy at weekends.

Beaucoup de choix au niveau des habillements et équipements. Malheureusement je trouve le coin habillement un peu cher. Quasiment jamais des promotions au niveau des habits.

A huge selection of outdoor equipment. Some at greatly discounted prices. Well worth the trip.

Nice place where to buy hundreds of things for the mountains. Sometimes you can get a decent discount, and probably buying here in Sallanches might be cheaper than in Chamonix. But first compare prices!
