Apparently there's no Avis location in here. When asked at the information desk inside the gare, the attendant just told us there were no Avis. So we went look for it outside the station.

Je confirme : Double prélèvement abusif malgré une restitution du véhicule 1 heure avant. Attente au guichet très longue... je bataille depuis 1 mois pour me faire rembourser. le double prélèvement est bien visible dans leur système informatique, mais malgré tout, je dois envoyé une copie de mon relevé bancaire pour me faire remboursé. c'est tout simplement du VOL !!! un conseil, évité ce loueur !!!

A éviter absolument !
Fermée le samedi (ce qui est complètement absurde pour une agence de location de voitures d'une gare du sud de la France, surtout pendant les mois d'été), malhonnête, il n'est donné aucune indication sur le montant des assurances, prélevé a posteriori sans la moindre explication. Mais sur le contrat de location, il est écrit qu'Avis peut prélever tout ce qu'ils veulent. Ah ben oui, je vous en prie, vous pouvez me traire ! La facture est à télécharger sur le site et elle est incompréhensible.
Deux jours facturés alors que le véhicule a été rendu avec quelques minutes de retard, et encore, au guichet de la gare puisque l'agence était fermée (c'était un samedi !)
Quant au service client d'Avis, l'interlocuteur a été exécrable.
N'hésitez pas une seconde, évitez ces personnes qui manquent totalement de professionnalisme.

Shame on Avis, who should, firstly, be more clear and precise about the drop off location. Moreover, there should be someone from the company in the station to receive the keys, as the information desk seems to have nothing to do with them and is clearly not caring about their costumers.

So we went back and left the keys with the exactly same person who told us there was no Avis in there. It seemed disrespectful, as it was clear she knew what we were looking for the first time.

After one hour searching for it and trying to get on touch with Avis via telephone, we entered a hotel in front of the station to see if someone could help us. We were told that every week someone gets in there looking for Avis. The person was very helpful and could get in touch with the airport Avis, which informed us we should park the car in front of the station and leave the keys in the information desk. Yeah, in the exact same desk where we were told that there was no Avis in the station.
