Too dirty for a three-stars hotel (I found hair in a newly provided towel and the soap dispenser was dirty), and the staff seems not to be very sorry about it.
However, it's not too dirty to stay in, and it has positive features (price, parking lot, pretty comfortable rooms). Could be an option for a short stay, especially if you like ladybugs, but I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros: Clean rooms, nice soft bed, a TV on the wall, nice shower, just overall a nice room. Cons: They called us for administration midnight. The air-conditioning makes some noise, not really loud but maybe to much for some people.

A convenient stop on the way home from Italy, the Best Hotel represents very good value and the room standards was flawless. I've only marked it down because the location is very isolated (it's on a grim industrial estate that's a good few KMs from Reims city centre), but there again, that's also why it's very good value.

Hotel propre et accueil tres professionel. Chambre propre et service de chambre de bonne qualitée. Le seul probleme quej'ai eu est l'alarme d'un batiment voisin qui s'allumait toutes les 15min (mars 2017) et ce pendant toute la nuit, evidemment ce n'est pas la faute de l'hotel

Very good hotel clean and tidy great shower. Secure parking. About 15 mins from centre of reims. Easy to find

Good price and a nice clean hotel, not in a glamourous area but it's great for access
