Very charming (what beautiful geraniums on every balcony...this was the best-looking Best Western I have ever seen!) and reasonably priced hotel within walking distance (10 minutes) from the Trouville train station.

The hotel is great. Conveniently located but away from the town centre noise. Kept spotlessly clean, good low cost continental breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Stated here twice now and will return again.

We loved this hotel. This hotel and the room were both clean and well maintained - and, it had very nice furnishings. Our room had a large bathroom with a bathtub.The bed was VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent english - a plus, since our French is not very good. It is located in a quiet section of the village - away from traffic but close enough to make a short walk down to Trouville-Sur-Mer for stores and restaurants - also just a short walk to Deauville. This was our FAVORITE hotel stay in France! Bon Voyage!

October 2014: I travel throughout Europe several times a year and can count on the Best Western Hotel Chain to always be a good+ experience. That is why I was disappointed with my less than 24 hour stay there. My reservation was 'lost' even with my confirmation. Alone, tired, near tears and getting dark, I refused to leave (politely). I was given a dank room, hair on bathroom floor and tub and a filthy patio. The bedspread was worn thin, sheets were very wrinkled, and yes I slept on top of the sheets! The breakfast was delicious with a top notch buffet. I walked into town for dinner just to get out of the hotel. The staff tried to be friendly, but I could see that they had to make an effort. I made an appointment for a massage for the next morning at 11 and called down to the desk to cancel a few hours later after dinner. The next morning, during that 'top notch buffet' breakfast, a front desk skinny blonde employee actually stomped to my table, voice raised and scolded me about canceling my massage (the night prior) in front of everyone. It really shook me up, so I followed her to the front desk, asked for the manager, told her everything including the condition of the room as well, (I wasn't going to say anything because it was a bust from the beginning). No apologies for her behavior or the filth of the room. I ended up staying at the Hotel Le Central, where every employee outclassed this place for the same money.... Did I mention how dark and dingy the bar and lounges were?

We have stayed here twice now. Both occasions have resulted in a most pleasant experience. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are well furnished and stylish. Breakfast is very good with plenty to eat. There is a large car park and the location is quiet. Its only a short walk to the town centre. We will stay here again should we return to the area.

Excellent stay, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Loved sitting on balcony before going out for the evening. Nous retournerons!
