Hotel was centrally located. The lady at the reception was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was neat and clean, but was small.

Really nice hotel. Front desk person was very nice. We had the route 66 room, small but cozy and very modern and clean. Very happy with our choice. Will come back for sure.
It felt so refreshing to have someone that sympathized with my situation and especially so because he was going his out of his way to help me, a non-paying stranger. I'm sure there is even more that he offered that I have since forgotten, but if I'm ever back in Paris, I will definitely consider this hotel in my future plans, and I hope to stay their soon. Perfectly functional hotel, quite reasonably priced, and conveniently located for Gare de Lyon. Hard to get particularly excited about but it was decent enough for a one night stay before getting a train the next morning.

I can't comment on the appearance of the rooms or the hotel's amenities. However, I can tell you that my one experience with this hotel was much more welcoming than I initially expected. I was stranded alone in Paris after missing the train and needed a place to use internet in order to contact my family and find alternative transportation. Many places turned me away, but Mathieu of Best Western Aurore took the extra effort to help a traveler in need. He offered to let me use their computer and went so far as to offer me food and drink, which I respectfully declined. After booking my trip out of Paris, he gave me a map and directed me to a few great areas of the city that often get overlooked.
