Very nice hotel close to the Perrache train station. The staff is very friendly, the rooms pretty big and clean, and the breakfast choice is wide.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nothing too fancy but and excellent hotel none the less.

Hotel is okay. Front desk staff very nice. Bathroom amenities were sparse. No washcloths. Breakfast buffet mediocre for 13 e.

Good business hotel in Lyon. Staff is friendly and helpful. Were more than willing to make restaurant reservations. Very short walk to the Perrache station which gives you easy access to most of the city. Many shops and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of October 2017 in a Superior room on the 6th floor. This is a great hotel if you want to explore Lyon and it’s is close to the station, centrally located but quiet. Our rooms were spacious, clean and the breakfast was great value for money. The staff were great too, helping us out with maps and directions. It’s a 20min stroll to the old town and the funicular railway. We were really pleased we chose this hotel as it was perfect for us. Tip, pick Superior rooms; overlooking the courtyard are quieter but the other side has an impressive view over church.

This hotel is clean, good value in the middle of the city, easy access to the Metro and has some nice touches like chocolates at front desk and coffee in the morning. The staff are very helpful and friendly and make a larger hotel experience seem quite cozy and inviting. Special commendations to Marion who helped with travel health advice.

Great service – Close to Perrache subway station – Parking preferred rates @ railway station – Noisy restaurant when full. Cannot book through Best Western online booking – must go their own and different website or third party booking web site.
