Je déconseille fortement de confier votre véhicule pour un quelconque entretien dans cette concession
c'est la 2 eme fois que je suis deçu sans compter les avis des gens qui me donnais leur recentis
suite a mon RDV pris plus de 30min d'attente (ont ce croirais a la secu) pour deposer juste la voiture.
de retour pour la recuperer ont me presente une facture avec des choses dessus pas prevu et meme deja regle.
certe rectifiée suite a ma reclamation .
de plus sans meme nous en informer il vous facture et font passer le CT qui n'avais pas lieux d'etre fais (vehicule acheter -1an),
ordi en panne m'a t'on dit .
peu etre que je n'ai pas acheter ma mini la bas mais elle viens de chez eux (factures a l'appuis) et je trouve que vue le prix que l'ont paie pour une tel marque il pourais nous nettoyer le vehicule c'est leger quand meme moi qui a deja eux la marque au anneaux et d'autre aussi pour ne pas citer toutes les marques meme si je n'avais pas acheter chez eux ont s'occupais des clients et leur donnais envie de revenir ce qui n'ai pas mon cas pour cette concession .

We had problems with our car (BMW) nearby. This is the biggest BMW garage in the area. The people at the customerdesk hardly speak English and just walked away when we asked for help. Never seen anything like it. The owner had to show up because i kept repeating we needed at least some guidance. Nice guy. Could not help us any further though. We had to come back 3(!) hours later just so they could make some phonecalls. No results off course. Would not recommended anyone this dealer or garage. Flabbergasted the people at the desk could not speak one other language then French. Not Englisch, Spanish, German and so on. I was even more flabbergasted about the fact they would not help us BMW drivers in any other way. The results of our small car problems (leak in tube gasoline pump) made us cut our vacation and we had to make a Dutch company come and drag our BMW to Holland. Friendly and warmhearted French people are hard to find. If you do find one it will not be here.

The new building is very modern and nice, they have revamped the intake process for service, which seems to have streamlined the process a bit. All in all, a more refined experience. It's a little tricky to find the driveway however, make sure you look at your map carefully and follow their signs(they sneak up on you quickly, so watch for them carefully).

Manque de professionnalisme , je déconseille fortement de confier votre véhicule a l'atelier. Plus de 3 semaine pour le changement d'une vitre et la programmation d'une clé , sachant que les options que nous avions sur la clé n'ont pas pu être programmé sous prétexte qu'ils n'ont pas le logiciel . Des reste de scotch sur ma carrosserie , le vernie à ete enlevé partiellement et un bout de plastique casser de l'entourage de ma vitre à ete délicatement recollé.

I'm not completely certain of what my expectations should be of a dealership in France, so it is a little difficult to give a rating, but here's my best shot. Salesman was very typical car salesman, although I would have thought there would be more on a Saturday, otherwise a fairly normal experience on that side. Service seems good, they do their best to help me, since I don't know all the terminology for car maintenance in French (they don't exactly teach you about oil changes, tire inflation, etc in French class). The biggest difference I can see from their US counterparts is, when I took my car in for service, they gave me a loaner until the job was done, whereas here, I have already been twice, so they could order parts and look at the issues, and I have at least one additional appointment. That's less than convenient when you have to take the bus across town once you have left the car with them. Probably the worst part is the accessory department, if you can call it that. There are several desks/counters in a row, each with a sign saying what each one is theoretically for, there's the reception desk, she stays busy, there's BMW service and Mini service, which while they are separate, seem to be just the one guy, and of course he stays busy. Then there's captain accessory, he has his own desk and own sign. When asked if there is a catalog, or just generally, how do I browse the available products, he says:"everything is online". That seems like the really short version of what could have been a longer more courteous explanation... It wasn't. So I asked how I would go about ordering once I have selected (what he doesn't know is that I already know what I want, and have made the selection online), he says: "equally, online". Again short response, and also not that straightforward, since I didn't see any form of purchase buttons or shopping cart on the site(the site directs you to visit a dealer). Even if all that he said was in fact true, what is he there to do, in his dedicated little desk. That would mean his biggest function would be to hand people their orders, and if that's the case, he needs to be the service guys b**ch, because he is always running around.

J'ai achetée une bmw serie 2 cabriolet.
Nous avons ete tres bien recu et conseille. Tant au niveau du vendeur, de la direction ainsi que de la mise en main. Je conseille vivement ce garage. Merci a toute l equipe .Mme Morin
