DONT EVER EVER GO TO THIS AGENCY! I have rented an apartment from them and since day one they were unprofessional and inefficient, never picking up calls and never willing to help if there are any problems in the house, although they took 2000€ for their services. The house was dirty since I moved in and furniture was broken, and they never fixed anything or even bothered to call someone to clean before I entered to live. CLEARLY THE WORSE AGENCY I'VE EVER SEEN!!!

The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency: a tube broke in the apartment I RENTED and after 3 weeks of no-replying/ complains in person at the agency, they are REFUSING to call a plumber discharging every responsibility on me . Needless to say how bad is this agency which is NEVER ready nor willing to provide the services they are paid for (2000 euro), without even bother replying phone calls/messages. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING WITH BOOK YOUR PARIS.

DO NOT USE BOOK YOUR PARIS! We rented off them from August to May, to get repairs or anything done to the apartment took weeks, also they were not very responsive to emails. We also have not received our deposit back from them and they are now ignoring our calls and emails at all cost. Again avoid Book Your Paris at all costs!!!

Nice appartements and great service!
I rented an appartement with this agency for 1.5 years and the experience was great. The agents were really helpful and kind and the they managed to find what I was looking for pretty quick and within the budget I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Perfect service !
We booked an apartment for a year and Clément was very helpful - he even took us for half a day of viewings and showed us arround !
Then we had to leave Paris, so we gave our 30-day notice on the 7th month. We got our security deposit back not long after leaving and we intend to use Book Your Paris again when we come back !

During our visit on 7th, we rented a nice luxury two bedroom apartment so that we would have time to look for a long-term rental for our lovely daughter. Everything was awesome, just as it was described on the website. We felt at home and warm 5-star service from the owner’s maid. In addition, we found a world class studio that was way over the top. We eventually left Paris with an assurance that our daughter will be satisfied to our expectation. We highly recommend you!
