Pâté de tête, saucisse aux cèpes ou aux herbes, saucisse sèche : tous les essais ont été concluants! Bonne étape! Viandes locales également !

Excellents produits. Le boeuf séché est absolument exquis.

Un bon établissement avec de bons produits comme son jambon à l'os et sa viande rouge. Mais attention : la patronne a du mal à comprendre ce qu'est une tranche fine et sa saucisse apero est simplement immangeable !

Très deçu: magret de canard maison (48e le kg svp) très salé, paté de lapin ordinaire, salade "de legumes" constituée principalement de patates et jambon et au goût de moutarde trop prononcé, saucisse "sèche" (a seulement 16e le kg, il est vrai) qu'on dirait juste de la chair a saucisse enveloppée, tellement elle n'a aucun séchage. Patronne au contact client plutôt rèche.
