I have to admit I am biased as I like the Bouygues Mobile Service. The shop was efficient & helpful even though there was a lot of people. It isn't a large store so don't expect an "Apple" experience

Coverage was OK in most areas, only a few places had none. Charges for calls are strange even on 24/7 plan, seems it was not country wide as I was led to believe but only local calls are included. Few plan options, but overall OK and the larger 2 gig package is a good deal, however I believe there are better options (especially if you have to pay the €10 for the SIM).

Yannick was super helpful despite our lack of French. He was very efficient, we got our new SIM cards quickly once we made it through the longish line. Very pleasant experience, especially compared to the children working at the SFR store nearby.
