"Basic" doesn't begin to describe it. Just one power point in the room, with 2 phones, a camera, a shaver and a kettle all demanding to be charged up. No drawer space or hanger space or hooks.
At breakfast you were directed where to sit, watched like a hawk so you didn't take too much juice or bread, and the buffet breakfast arrangement was so illogically French, you have to shuttle between the table and the food several times.

El hotel está muy bien y muy cerca del centro, ubicación perfecta. La habitación esta bien, la ducha es un poco pequeña. El precio es muy bueno. El personal muy amable.

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück (kostet 7,50€ extra), nette Servicekräfte, im allgemeinen sauberes Hotel, zentrumsnah, zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe,div Bars in ca.10min zufuss zu erreichen. Zimmer sind von aussen aus sehr ruhig.
Negative:
Sehr kleines Zimmer mit nur einer Steckdose, Das Fenster ging nicht auf Kipp, das Krankenhaus ist direkt neben an,entsprechend viele Krankenwagen,

Très bon hôtel, proche centre ville, bon accueil, lit confortable et petit déjeuner varié. Une étoile en moins car on nous annonce pas directement au téléphone que le parking est à payer en supplément mais c'est vrai que j'aurais pu regarder par moi même sur le site. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner en cas d'un nouveau séjour professionnel sur Rouen.

Nice and clean. Simple rooms with not so big bathroom but everything we needed was supplied.
