Menu selection was good and met expectations for a grill place. Sent ribs back as one end cold (I.e. obviously from fridge) the other hot from BBQ. Totally understand items like this pre-cooked and finished on order. Issue for me was that waiter took away entire plate (good) but returned with ribs now heated to safe temperature yet on the same plate. I understand pre-cooked & refrigerated meat develops bacteria which must be eliminated by heating to serving temperature. Serving on the same plate as before simply put now safe ribs on an already contaminated plate. As a non-French speaker I apologise to the restaurant staff if this is my misunderstanding. I did not eat the ribs nor did I send back a 2nd time.

If you stay in the neigbourhood this is one of the places to safely enjoy a simple menu. Buffalo grills are all around France.

Le temps d'attente entre les plats bien trop long (même pour les enfants : 30 min pour des frites/saucisses).
La nourriture n'était pas cuite et les Virgin Mojito avait 2/3 d'eau du robinet !
En prime, la serveuse est peu accueillante.
