Good for a quick bite, avoid if you're looking for a well rounded dinner experience. Close to Denfert - Rochereau you'll find some places for that. Dishes are technically well prepared but won't impress you visually or in taste.

Bonne brasserie. Les plats du jours sont très bons et de saison, les serveurs aimables et à l'écoute. Service rapide le midi, très pratique quand on travail. Nous y déjeunons une fois par semaine et n'avons jamais été déçus.

I was staying at the Marriott just down the road and this restaurant was recommended by the concierge. I asked for a local restaurant that served french food. All the staff spoke English, which for a lazy Brit was a bonus. But that was the only real benefit. There food was dreadful. I had the beef entrecôte. It was mainly a lump of gristle served with pan fried potatoes that had obviously been cooked some while ago. My friend had the salmon. This was grey and cold.

Amazing and huge lamb shank, good wine by the glass, excellent cheese board (I didn't have it but it looked ace). I speak French but the waiter spoke perfect English and liked to practice.

One star for the friendly staff and star two for the nice glass of beer that I had.

Une serveuse très froide et désagréable. Consommation obligatoire pour avoir un simple verre d'eau sinon vous êtes invitez à dégager au plus vite, les prix sont ahurissants bref une catastrophe !

Restaurant très sympathique, on y mange très bien.
Les prix sont un poil plus chers que dans les brasseries traditionnelles mais je trouve que vu ce que l'on a dans l'assiette, c'est totalement justifié !
Serveuse très sympa.

Tried my first beef tartar here. Excellently clear texture! Very delicious! The wine selection is great as well.
