I live in the U.K. and have received two letters from this savings bank, adddressed to people I do not know. I have no idea how to let them know that they have my address for two of their clients as I do not speak French and will probably have to put up with more post from this bank in the future! You think they would have their own clients details correctly on file and how have they got my address? Very worrying. I can see nowhere to email them to tell them.

Nul il ne fond pas confiance à leur client j ai déposé un chèque il pouvais me le virer sur mon compte au lieux de sa il mon coupé ma carte pour pa que je ne puisse retirer mon argent et pour finir le tout il m on dit qu il va falloir que j attende 15jours pour toucher l argent de mon chèque banque à éviter ne fais pa confiance à c clients c à peine si nous sommes des voleurs
