The view over the lake is really something special, especially appealing for a romantic couple. The infrastructure is rudimentary, perhaps typical for France, but in my opinion that improves the overall experience. It gives the feeling of just throwing your tent up on an open slope in the wilderness. At the same time the basic amenities are provided for. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to use a community refrigerator for a few small things like butter and cheese, a nice plus on hot days. There was also WiFi and table tennis. Because the campsite is surrounded by farmland, there were more than the usual number of flies. That was the only drawback. I especially enjoyed the low-key atmosphere. It's a work of love. If you're looking for clean showers and the like, it's probably not the right place. But if you want to get back to nature and enjoy "rustique", it's lovely, and the price was generously modest.

Au camping printemps et fin d'été depuis 17 ans on y retourne toujours avec plaisir merci à M Blanc pour sa gentillesse!!!!
