ps we will be going this year.

I stayed here not as someone who wanted two weeks holiday but as a cycle tourist doing the Velodyssey so my needs are/were different to the average holiday maker. My partner and I had just ridden 85 km and we're very tired. We wanted a shower, a cold beer and a nice pitch. We were gobsmacked by the 45€ price for ONE night! Reception didn't even offer a non powered site we had to ask, which brought the cost down to 39€, which is still insanely expensive. We got the cold beer for a cost -5€- the showers were okay (some municipal sites have nicer showers) the pitch was a dry little square right behind reception where the security/cleaner kept their buggy and woke us up at an ungodly hour. For us this place was not 5 star camping, it really was a blatant rip off.

This was our first time there and although we enjoyed our brief stay we were disappointed to discover many of the site facilities were only open for July and August. There were only two showers available and the two gorgeous pools were closed so if you are using ACSI please note you will have limited facilities. This is a pity as on a positive note the staff were very pleasant and helpful and suggested a beautiful restaurant to us La Plancha which is over looking a magnificent beach where we enjoyed two of the best meals we have had in ten years visiting France. The site is well maintained and very pretty although the access is very
tight if you have a large caravan or motorhome.

Everything was great!
Pool with warm water, toilets very clean and nice, very quite and great for kids. People (neighbors) are nice and educated.
The pitchs are really big!
Was the best camping we've been in terms of experience.
