service desagreable, personne ne reponds aux mails, ni au telephone, meme pas aux messages vocaux. tres déçu du service. il faut toujours se deplacer pour avoir une reponse.

This agency placed us in an apartment. We had inventory of the apartment done (état des lieux) with a lease that was false (no cellar and no covered parking). It was copy pasted and clearly not re-read. In addition, the law in France states that 15 days after the inventory, you should indicate if anything was overlooked without charge. We mentioned that a heater wasn't working but said nothing about having it fixed. They sent someone to have it fixed without asking us.
That person simply opened a valve, and charged 100 euros. We had a discussion with the agency about this and that under no circumstances are we to pay that. They sent us the deposit and deducted it. In short, this agency (probably like many) count on the fact that you won't take them to court or take legal action. They know full well that legal fees would cost more than the 100 euros, so they are nothing more than petty thieves that don't even do their job well.

Très mauvais (voire dangereux) conseils donnés dans le cadre de la signature d'un compromis. Manque de professionnalisme flagrant, en tout cas pour la personne qui a géré mon dossier, malgré des collaborateurs sympathiques.
