We were house hunting in the area and initially booked for two nights, which soon turned into three. Mathew and Bob (the border collie) were both welcoming and friendly hosts. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Mathew cooked for us during our stay, we enjoyed a great meal with some good company as we dined with 4 other guests. So, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area, look no further!

We have just returned from a short stay at Chaillac B&B and i cannot praise the owner enough. We met up there with some friends from England as we live in France now and what a super time we had.

The rooms are so pretty and the food was delicious - all cooked by the owner Matthew. We were ready for a rest and it was really nice to enjoy the attention he gave to us. Nothing was too much trouble!

We will definately be going back just to be looked after and eat delicious food.

Well done Matthew & of course Bob the Dog
