The visit felt too commercial. Cellars were nice but the champagne itself was not so tasty.

Nice Champagne house with an interesting trip through the caves. A little too commercial, but the kids liked it and the tasting afterwards is always fun. Do prefer the smaller champagne-houses.

Very interesting cellar Tour. We were something like 30 metres underground on a train! No joke, the cellars down there are so long that they reference Peking.
Very informative tour, we learned a lot about the history and culture of Champagne. Guided tour is with audio headphones and also available in many different languages.

Mercier is a nice visit because of the very historical and world's biggest barrel of wine (160kl or 42kgal that won 1889's Paris exposition 2nd place in number of visitors, losing only to the Eiffel Tower) and the little train ride passing through their old 1870s cellars. Audioguides in many languages.

Enjoyable and memorable experience taking the train through the cellars. Fun history of a large house. I would definitely recommend, but also advise to visit some of the smaller producers for a more personal experience.

Slick presentation. Starting with informative movie in a nice theater. Individual headsets available in multiple languages. Large elevators with glass walls lowering to the cellars. Train ride through cellars with running commentary.

Great production value. Interesting tour with a high level technology used in telling the story. Enjoyed it!
