Un endroit extraordinaire pour séjourner dans le Verdon. Vue spectaculaire. Table d'Hôtes (sur réservation) est à recommander, repas délicieux. 10 km de Castellane.

ONGELOFELIJK! Zelden zo'n verrassende ontdekking gedaan. Afgelegen dorp in de bergen en iets lastiger te bereiken maar eens je daar bent. Gastvrijheid ten top, mooi uitzicht, lekker (lokaal) eten, een gevuld frigo, ... Ik ga er zeker terug naar toe als ik in de buurt ben. PS: Verwacht geen super-luxe maar voor mij klopt het plaatje gewoonweg.

We spent a fantastic evening at le Gîte de Chasteuil with Nancy and Pascal. The property is not the easiest to find, but its remote location makes it even more special.

Wonderful and gracious host in a one of kind B&B. Great food and a spectacular view!
From the moment we arrived, our host Pascal made us feel welcome in this remote but cosy home in the French countryside, right next to the Verdon river. The room was incredibly clean and the views were superb. Pascal recommended places to eat in the evening and showed us the local wildlife from the terrace.
We had a great time and we well looked after. We would definitely return!
