Quiet, relaxing. I stayed there many times and always felt at home. Restaurant serves limited menu but well prepared. Breakfast is sufficient. Service is great.

This time I checked in on Sunday together with my business colleagues in Brussels and from Japan.

The day after we found that PORCHE company had a special event in Lignan Hotel, which was not informed by Lignan to us when we made booking.

On Monday and Tuesday we had a dinner in the restaurant in hotel. The menu was good!

On Monday night Bezier had a haevy thunder stoam. As the result, the hot water in bath room bacame unavailable. The reception of Hotel asked us to stay in hotel further more or cancel the furtehr booling. As Restaurant, Wifi and other service was not bad, we decided to stay in Lignan untill Friday morining.

I would like to highlight the lack of management of Lignan and the lack of the manner as a human being of PORCHE people, which can damage the good brand image of PORCHE.

We stayed for 2 nights. The place itself is impressive and the grounds are lovely. The swimming pool is located in a very quiet spot by the Orangery. The food in the restaurant was first class and the Dutch waitress was lovely and helpful. The failings in this place are down to the atmosphere. It seemed unwelcoming. The reception staff were mainly unsmiling and awkward to deal with. One of the (male) receptionists in particular has a most unfortunate manner that made him appear rude.
I am sure that if they made people more welcome they would enjoy more success.

However, on Tuesday night the heavy music noise continued untill 1am and the drunken people started talking in a crazy loud voice below my room whcich is the entrance of the hotel. The music noise stopped after my 3rd complaints to the waiter of Asian origin who offered us a good service when we had dinner twice in his restaurant. After 1am the conversation of loud voice below my room started. I requested them to stop taliking in loud voice after 1am. But they conituned and Hotel members did not stop it.

1st night and 2nd night I do not recognized big problem. On Sunday, the restaurant in Hotel was closed, which was informed by our business partner in Bezier.

Great place for weddings.

Nous devions y rester 4 jours et diner au restaurant de l établissement , nous sommes partis au bout de deux jours écœurés.
Traces dans les toilettes , lampe qui pendait dans celle ci , trous dans la housse de couette , sans parler que le ménage ne serait pas fait le 3e jour et que de plus il y aurait du bruit de l anniversaire jusqu' a
deux heures du matin en espérant que tout cela ne nous dérangerait pas !
Vous rigolez ? Nous sommes partis .

Every time I visit my business partner in Bezier, I stayed in this hotel. Room, Serivice was not bad and the restaurant is good.

The conclusion of our story of Lignan was the cancellation our further stay untill February and the credit note for one night stay for me and my colleagues.

1/ Lignan hotel pays much more attention to the turn overof the hotel/the party customers such as PORCHE and pays less attention to the human rights of sleeping of other guests? (I think this is against the phylosophy of democracy of France although I am expat in Belgium without any tax contribution to French country but the export business of made in France product to Eurpean countreia and Americas.)

séjour de 4 nuits très bien. Personnel extra gentil et professionnel, totalement à l'écoute. Le mobilier de la chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement mais literie impeccable et service à la hauteur. Repas très bon mais sans rien d'extra ordinaire, là encore personnel très à l'écoute. petit déjeuner parfait, copieux et variété des produits. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans ce cadre idéal pour la tranquillité.
