If you ever will be in Epernay, looking for a good restaurant go to Chez Max, and have a Steak Tartare. An awesome experience, worth the price.

Lovely little resteraunt serving traditional French cuisine. Popular with locals and tourists a like. Max is a great and friendly host who is sure to make you feel at home. Don't miss the experience.
