The only positive thing I can say is that the staff is nice and polite and helpful. The room is dirty there are water stains on the ceiling. Booked hotel through the web and my reservations says the room has two twin beds. When I arrived there is only a sofa bed. A bed is not a sofa bed. That should be made clear on the booking page. Also the room looks out on the ally and the hallways are dark and painted gray with terrible industrial lighting . The majority of the photos are from the lobby which is newly done and well lit

Modern "apartment hotel" with friendly bi-lingual staff. The rooms are very nicely equipped. It is very well located in walking distance of the Polygon mall, main station, a wide variety of restaurants, Comedie Square and the historic district. Highly recommended.

Location is not bad, a short tram ride away from the city centre. Service was OK. The room was clean but really small. Overall a practical option albeit not very charming.

Almost all rooms have a balcony. Some rooms are louder then others. Overall a nice stay. Close to the city center.

Clean large rooms at a good price. Staff was a little awkward and one tried to tell me how to manage my finances, but great experience overall. Parking garage is fiendishly small.

Room was only cleaned once during a 6 day stay. Breakfast is very poor for the price they charge. There's much better hotels for less.

rooms are clean. Front desk is welcoming and helpful. Parking is good. close to a plaza area

We had a good night here, although it was a short trip. Staff were very nice and provides extra pillows and the laundry was desperately needed and very convenient! Room was spacious and well appointed with a good bathroom (separate toilet, yes!) And a comfy bed. Kitchenette was nice but we didn't use it.
