Generally ok for not demanding tourists but you need to be aware about self service approach ( you take care about towels cleaning etc) and breakfast are very poor. Convenient access to Gaite station line 13

Good place to park your stuff, tour around, & go back to at night to sleep. Small & comfortable, which is all you need. If you go to Paris for the hotel room, you're doing it wrong.

Fantastic place to stay and enjoy the sights of Paris!. The staff are very helpful and are on call at the reception for any concerns. The Metro is close by as are the Simply Supermarket, Mini Mart , Chemist , Restaurants , Boulangerie and ATM. The apartments are very quiet and clean and self catering is easy with good kitchen facilities.We would highly recommend the apartments for a short or long stay.

Very basic apartment-hotel. Rooms are small and dark and beds are fold-out, but you get a little kitchen.

Good and big room, really nice service, the breakfasts is OK. Less than 2 minutes to the nearest metro station.

I stayed in a small studio with sofabed, very basic comparing with Citadine in Richard Lenoir Ave. WiFi was off which was an unpleasant experienced.
