Spent 2 days in Paris and stay here with others from my family. This Hotel looks nothing like the web site. My younger brother booked and paid for it and he was very disappointed for the price. There were 5 of us and good thing all we did was sleep because the rooms were soooooo tiny for what we paid. But Hell It Was Paris.

The best location for Paris sight seeing. Good property, nice prices. Well maintained room. Decent breakfast. Courteous staff.

Spacious apartment compared with others in Paris. Clean, uncluttered, well appointed. Staff were delightful especially Thibault, what a polite and lovely young man! Location was spot on for me. I'll be back for sure!

Great place to stay. An apartment hotel with different from types and for amenities available in the room. Stayed here with my family so were total of 4 of which there were two kids. We all loved the place.
Coffee is available in the lobby area ask the time, laundry service is available for a charge. If your package doesn't include breakfast then don't worry as there are many restaurants that offer breakfast. Hotel is nearby two Metro stations which will easily take you to all attractions you have on your list.....

The street outside the hotel has a strong stench of urine, and there are drug dealers just outside the hotel door.

During a long stay my room was only cleaned once every 10 or so days, every single time only after I complained at the reception.
The concept of cleaning consists of:
Replacing the towels.
Doing the bed without changing sheets.
That's it...In two months the floor has been cleaned 0 times...

Spacious rooms for central Paris, but odd layouts; a single toilet room off the kitchen (with no sink) and separate bathroom off the bedroom. Our room was on the front of the building facing the street, and the noise level was basically laughable (people literally standing under our window smoking, screaming and singing at all hours on weekend nights) but the place itself is cheap and cheerful. I love a clean room in a cool location, and Citadines hit the mark on both. Would stay again — in a quieter room.

Do yourself a favour, book elsewhere.

Very happy to have stayed here in a studio apartment on top floor. Room had everything we needed for two including a small balcony with table and chairs ideal for sipping wine watching the sun set over Paris. View from our balcony down Rue Rachel.

Studio was nice a bit small. Moulin rouge right around the corner lol. Loud nights
