The hotel is located very close to Gare du Nord and a subway station. The room was ready when we arrived at 12 noon and it was super modern and clean! We loved the fact that is was on the street side. The room is small but cozy, the shower was amazing and breakfast was absolutely fine! The staff was also very friendly. Nice restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, so are nice bakeries and Les Marais is at walking distance. I would come back here for sure! Also, it was cheap for us when we booked in comparison with other similar hotels!

Went to Paris for a 3day course to be held there, at the hotel meeting room. So decided to book a room there too to make my life easier and I was happy with my choice. Clean and close to both metro stations and main street + la fayett mall within walking distance. Good value for money. Very good coffee breaks.

The receptionist was very kind with us. The street is really quiet an the subway is on the corner. Very good!

For the money spent on one night at this hotel, my experience at this hotel wasn't worth even a quarter of what we paid. At check in, we were asked to show some ID to confirm our reservation which I was fine with. As soon as they had it, they said they had to photo copy my ID. I asked why and she just kept saying they needed to copy it and never explained why. After 2 minutes of evading the question they finally explained and the woman checking me in said to me in a rather condescending tone "Do you read the news? Do you know what's going on in France?" Along with some other rude comments, she made it sound like France is the only place in the world dealing with the violent effects of terrorism. I would have accepted a simple answer of needing it for security reasons and left it that at but her getting angry at me fo even thinking to ask the question made me upset. One of her colleagues made an attempt to diffuse the situation and we finished check in. Turns out this was the beginning of the nightmare. The room we checked into was small, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, it smelled awful and there was so much hair in the bed. I am definitely not staying here again (especially in light of the fact that we went to a hostel 15 minutes away and it was a much better and cleaner room than here) and will warn others to steer clear of this place.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The location was very good. I'd recommend it to other travellers.

Budget hotel.. Pretty close to metro and two stops away from Gare du Nord and have good connectivity to all the top attractions... Staff are very friendly and great hotel for people looking for budget hotel..

The room was very small, which is OK for the fact it is in Paris inner city. However the practical size was completely out of the window when the shower is only about 24"x24" and you can't even bend over to wash your lower half. Also had to turn the water off and on several times because otherwise you're standing directly below the water. The service and staff were amazing, the room was clean. Couldn't figure out the air conditioning which is a little outdated, but opened the window to air out the room. Breakfast was not included and 12€ seemed a bit expensive. On a final note, the free WiFi should not even be mentioned, it's useless. Couldn't send WhatsApp messages, emails failed to come through, download speed was less than dial-up. Don't get your hopes up to get anything done over it.
