Following this review I have managed to contact the bank via email and they have changed the access for me. Obviously the original method does not work so will they now change the procedure?

L'heure a laquelle ils sont censés fermer est 18 h quand tu arrive a 17h 45 et que c'est deja fermé credit mutuel m'a beaucoup déçue en ne respectant pas ses horaires.

I am paying for Internet banking but, when I wanted to change my personal details (email address, mobile phone number) it all went pear shaped. I was in France and in hospital but I needed to pay bills. So I completed the changes on the Internet form but could not activate the changes without a code that was sent to my address (in England).
My wife went into the bank and explained the problem. The person at the bank counter changed the address to France, the phone number and the email.
BUT WE DIDN'T KNOW IT STILL COULDN'T BE CHANGED WITHOUT THE CODE SENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS IN ENGLAND.
So after 2 months I am now home in England and guess what? There is no letter and no code so I am being threatened with court action with non payment of bills (ambulance charges).
Do not expect any help from these, the English they speak is limited and they certainly do not understand.
I have now applied to change my address back to England and guess what? THE LETTER AND CODE WILL BE SENT TO FRANCE. It is just unbelievable. I can't get a code in a letter. I can't get a code on a mobile phone as the one I have cannot be registered without the code and I can't go in the bank as I'm in England. They can't help on the phone as they don't understand the problem.
All in All they cannot cope with foreign held bank accounts. Stay away and go somewhere else.
