Disappointing caravan very basic not enough racks in oven to cook for a family of 4 let alone 6 , no hot water for 10 days asked 7 times to fix . we had to reset boiler very inconvenient when your half way threw your shower (shampoo in eyes and running threw with just towel on) Ants every where in caravan all over bathroom over soap tooth paste . Ask to sort out twice and Rep knew exactly what room they were coming from . In the end we bought ant killer and fly paper and tried to seal up the gaps, dont mind a few Ant understandably on hot days but they were every where . Every time we had a shower or used the sink we had to clean them off . Its a shame about this we wont go back

The place itself is great, but the thing that really stood out at this location was Al Fresco. The guides are really helpful and helped us out when we were having some trouble with a car and no place to be. The 5 stars goes to them while the location is a 4 stars. By the way, if your Al Fresco guides are Zoey and Ricko (not sure how it's spelled) then you are in great hands!

Fantastic location, with magnificent pool. Good restaurant with reasonably priced food. Bar is ok but could be better. Overall a good spot to stay.

A great place to stay with an amazing pool. The only negative was the meal at the restaurant as I personally had around 10 wasps around my meal.

Nice park and accommodation. Bar staff either friendly or the complete opposite depending on their mood swing.
