Service technique inexistant. Nous sommes le 9 novembre 2016. Depuis 2 jours nous n'avons ni eau chaude ni chauffage dû à une fuite de la chaudière. Nous avons appelé au moins 8 fois le service et toujours pas de nouvelles du technicien censé venir réparer la panne.
J'ai 3 enfants à la maison dont un bébé de 4 mois. Je fais quoi sans eau chaude ni chauffage ??????
Et aucun moyen de contacter ni les techniciens ni le service technique.......
