J'ai pris un RDV avec cette société pour un changement de carreau car ils étaient les seuls à me proposer un RDV rapide... Au final, personne ne s'est présenté à l'heure indiquée. Lorsque j'ai rappelé en insistant sur le fait que j'avais bien un RDV avec eux, j'ai été accueilli de manière odieuse et hautaine, comme le décrit l'autre post, c'est donc une habitude chez eux.

Tarif élevé juste pour constater un sinistre. Électricien incapable de déterminer la cause du sinistre, nous avons du appeler un autre électricien pour déterminer la cause.
Attitude assez méprisante et hautaine, essaye d' "embrouiller" le client.
