They have a tendency to only partially refund your deposit, hinting at systemic extortion of foreign customers. Ill-trained and uncouth staff, whole place feels a bit seedy. They took me for an unexpected £50 - no explanation given, stonewalled on the telephone. DO NOT HIRE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Very bad experience renting car in Bordeaux Saint Jean. NO HOPE to get our forgotten luggage back. Can't reach any person. No reply to email!! One customer service said it was in the return station. But when our local friend went to pick up, they said NO luggage found!! So ridiculous!! Extremely disappointed. Don't rent car from them!! Unless you're a 100% lucky person.

In the morning I went back and explained to the lady behind the desk what had happened, and asked whether I could have a look in the car as I knew it was still in there. She called the guy who had cleaned it and asked if he had found anything. He said no. That there wasn't anything there.

Had to wait an hour to be seen - when I was seen someone just jumped the queue and they let them. Got given the car after waiting another 20 minutes outside only to find once we had driven off the car wasn't even full.
Got back and explained about the fuel and we had filled it up but one bar down - everything else checked out OK. Just seen they have charged £30 for something - can't be the fuel surely - it cost me £20 to fill the whole car. There was no damage to the car as this was all signed off so all I can think (especially reading other reviews) is they have ripped us off.
This company is linked to Easyjet as they partner with them so I wouldn't use again at this airport anyway.

If you're returning the car in the station, you need to park at Hall 3, level 5. Then give the keys to the desk at level -1. Poor signage and calling the phone just goes to a main line.

Avoid at all costs! Even or especially if you rent through a third party!
Everything is overpriced and they'll menace you to charge the full price of the vehicle even for a scratch if you don't take their overpriced protection, even when covered by your gold credit card

Have since been refunded by Europcar UK for the dodgy £50, tbf.

Very friendly woman at the airport sorted us out. However, when I returned the car I left my digital camera in the armrest box. As I realised too late, I had to wait til the next day to go back and ask to check.

The phone number on this listing goes to their call center. The call center is closed on the weekends. That doesn't help for weekend renters with reservations that need to call this place in an emergency.

We haven't picked up the car yet. We booked and confirmed the car for 9am, ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY OPEN AT 10am! Very French

There is ZERO signage from anywhere at street level indicating that cars should be returned on the very top floor of the parking garage by Gate St. John. Signs were clearly marked for Avis and Hertz, but none for Europcar. The first visible sign bearing any kind of Europcar marking was on the 5th floor of the carpark. From the return area at the top of the garage there are ZERO directions to the Europcar desk to return keys. That is located in the bottom level of Hall 3 at Gare St. John.
