I would have to confirm these reviews, it takes more than 1,5 hours to get a car here, and I was the 6th in line... 5 people at the desk are exceptionally busy to take on customers. They don't even care that the line has grown from 7 to 30 in 1,5 hours, neither they speed-up. What's more, they often try to ask you for the payment of already included airport charges, which magically become the extra insurance in the final bill.

And it gets even better! After hours of waiting they tell me that THEY HAVE NO CARS AVAILABLE, and we'll have to wait 45 minutes more.
Never ever again I'm choosing Europcar.

After a 70 minute flight from Milan, waited almost 65 minutes to just go get to the front desk. Highly inefficient, incompetent staff. They were standing around/walking around casually while huge line built up.

I'm writing from the line, because, hey, why not? Nothing else to do for TWO HOURS AND STILL NO CAR. This is the worst experience. Avoid.

The worst rental car branch I have ever visited!!!! The service is pathetic and they made me wait for 1 hr to give me my car, and this is despite I'm a privilege car holder with Europcar. If they treat there valued customers like this, if you are not a regular client you may imagine what they will do! Please stay away! Book Hertz or Avis instead! This is about Paris!

I would give a zero if I could. The sign on the door for car returns says: 'open from 7:00 am to...' I was waiting in front of a dark office between 8:00 and 8:10 am until someone (not a Europcar employee) told me to look inside the terminal building with another office of Europcar. Fun if you drop off your car, have luggage and a plane to catch. The other office is 5 min walk and the clerk's comment was 'Oh, we changed the opening hours recently'... Hm, you might want to change your signs as well in that case. Obviously, we still needed to go back and forth to check if the car was ok...
Second chapter today: Calling from overseas to eventually get an invoice (web interface does not work) and after 3 min in a call center loop, the voice box answers saying 'voice box full, no more messages possible' and hangs up...
This is by far the worst working attitude I have ever come across and can hardly be called professional.

Absolutely inefficient staff and the worst service ever. We waited 2 hours in the line just to discover that they don't have a car for us (a car that we booked online) ! Why? They don't have any explanation and propose to wait for another 30 minutes. We booked a car for 2 days and already spent the half of our trip at the airport...
