Delais pour recuperer la voiture infernal. Quand vous avez 9h d'avion voir plus, vous avez hâte de prendre votre voiture de location pour attaquer vos vacances.
Et surprise : deux heures d'attente au minimum après avoir récupérer vos bagages. Tous les autres loueurs ont passé leurs clients depuis longtemps et on attend toujours. Bref mauvaise organisation. Par contre le véhicule est nickel, tout neuf. On ne vous le recommande pas.

Do better and don't rent here.

Horrible. We rented a car with them that had tires worn far past a safe level. When we received the vehicle there were some warning lights about low tire pressure. We figured that was part of the vehicle starting. The next day we had a flat.

Long waiting times, messy service and it is highly advised to THOROUGHLY check your car before signing the rental sheet. When returning the car they tried to charge us for a small damage that we did not make. Fortunately I took pictures of the car during pickup so I could prove them wrong. Feels like a money-maker here. I am not used to this kind of bad service from Europcar.

This office uses a bait and switch type scam. When we arrived in the evening, the amount agreed to in advance as a total was not honored. I was given the choice of paying for their insurance, or charging 35,000 euros to my card as a deposit. At first I thought I was simply misunderstanding how the agent was writing out the number, so I asked to make sure. She explained that it was thirty-five thousand because that is the full cost of the car.

Je suis surpris de voir tant de mécontentement de la part d'utilisateur qui apparemment n'ont pas su prendre soin de leur voiture. Pour ma part, j'ai été pris en charge rapidement, ma voiture était prête et en parfait état et la remise n'a duré que 3 min le temps de remettre les clés au parking. Donc un service très fluide et de qualité.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We reserved the car online and it said the total due was around 400 euros including the deposit. When we got there, they told us to either pay for an additional insurance which makes even international-coverage insurance secondary.. or pay a 10,000 euro deposit. Website said nothing about additional insurance. It nearly ruined our vacation. A supervisor is needed to issue a refund but they weren't there. They told us to write a letter. We cancelled it through the credit card.

The same exact thing happened to the people just ahead of me in line (they told me about using Europcar on another Caribbean island and when the car was returned in good condition, the agent charged the deposit to his card anyway, and it took him months to get the charges reversed). We both asked to cancel our reservations, and got back on the shuttle to the airport.

I showed the agent the confirmation email guaranteeing what I would be required to pay. She looked at it but repeatedly said there was nothing she could do.

With a normal rental, they fix the flat (We paid for the insurance too). Not here. Here they demanded we fix the flat. So we got down and changed the tire with the spare and drove it to a cheap tire repair place. The liability here is huge if they want a third party (i.e. you) doing their repairs.

Avec une location faite sur internet, j'ai transmis en avance mon permis de conduire ce qui m'a permis d'être pris en charge assez rapidement au guichet de l'aéroport. Une idée pratique qui nous a économisé quelques minutes appréciables après plus de 9h de vol.
Une navette nous a amené jusqu'à notre véhicule et dans l'ensemble le personnel était poli et souriant. Bref, un service globalement de qualité et délivré assez efficacement.
